Public liability claims can be expensive both financially and in reputational damage. Our Defendant Personal Injury team has extensive experience of defending such claims, typically brought under the Occupiers’ Liability Acts, on behalf of the leisure industry (particularly pubs, clubs, hotels and golf clubs), retailers and care homes. We also have considerable experience of defending slip and trip claims on behalf of utility companies.
