The Construction & Engineering team is able to offer procurement advice tailored to the specific requirements of a project whether in the public or private sector and then advise on, draft and negotiate the project documentation as necessary including main contracts and sub-contracts, professional consultant appointments, warranties and security instruments. The team is familiar with the standard forms of construction contract used in the industry and the amendments to those forms often required by clients, developers and contractors. The infrastructure and strategic projects group specialises in infrastructure project based work with a particular emphasis on infrastructure frameworks, partnership and partnering, sustainable development, funding solutions, infrastructure funds, standardisation and project delivery.
