Richard is a partner in our dispute resolution team in Cardiff and specialises in commercial and intellectual property litigation.

He advises clients on a wide variety of disputes relating to intellectual property and commercial litigation matters including patent infringement cases, copyright disputes, trade mark infringement, breach of confidence claims, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, agency and partnership disputes.

He has successfully acted on cases in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Patents County Court and the County Court and is a keen supporter of mediation as a method of dispute resolution.

Richard also coordinates the Cardiff office's healthcare sector.
