Rhian is a partner in our employment law team providing advice and support to both private and public sector clients on a wide range of employment issues and regularly represents clients at employment tribunal.

Rhian has a wealth of experience advising companies on employment issues arising from mergers, acquisitions and business transfers as well as competitive tendering situations and the impact of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.

Having graduated from the University of Wales she qualified as a solicitor in 1992, and was appointed as a partner in 2002.
