Debra is a partner in our corporate team in the Midlands.

Following qualification as a lawyer in 1991, Debra spent a large amount of her career advising on management buyouts and buy-ins when she was senior counsel for Europe’s leading venture capitalist, 3i Group plc.

A graduate of Sheffield University, she now specialises in all aspects of corporate finance including mergers & acquisitions and private equity & funding for start up enterprises.
