Caroline specialises in development projects for public and private sector clients and has acted on flagship developments such as Wales Millennium Centre.

Caroline is an expert in the social housing sector and has advised housing associations on property matters for over 10 years including acquisitions, disposals, development and more recently mortgage rescue and home buy transactions.

Caroline's other area of expertise is advising and providing seminars on the property compliance issues of the Disability Discrimination Act.

A graduate of Queen's University of Belfast she joined Geldards as a trainee in 1996, qualifying as a solicitor in 1998. Caroline became an associate in 2001 and a senior associate in 2003.
