Leading Investment Lawyer Joins Geldards’ Property Team

Midlands based law firm Geldards has announced the appointment of specialist property investment lawyer Ranjit Srai into the property team.

Specialising in complex acquisitions and disposals, both in terms of direct and indirect investment transactions, Ranjit has an impressive track record in terms of the deals he has managed and the clients he has worked with.

Ranjit joins the firm, having spent over fifteen years with DLA Piper in its London office. As a former partner, he has acted for institutional investors, pension funds and listed property companies. Ranjit’s investment experience is matched by his work on property asset management in the office, retail and industrial sectors. His decision to join Geldards heralds a significant boost to Geldards’ real estate offering.
