Geldards does the double!

Geldards has won for the second time the prestigious accolade of Insider Property Law Firm of the Year Wales. This means that the firm now holds this award simultaneously in both Wales and the East Midlands.

The latest award is for firms in Wales who between April 2010 and March 2011 have had a major impact on Welsh property activity. Geldards and Morgan Cole were both shortlisted.

The announcement of the award was made at a dinner in Cardiff on the 23rd June hosted by Gyles Brandreth, writer, broadcaster, former MP and Government Whip, who said in announcing the winner:

"Two strong Welsh based firms in the running. This was one of the closest categories in this year’s awards. Geldards worked for Admiral on its future office in Cardiff, for Capper on the sale of its South Wales Spar business and for ABP on Swansea Dry Docks. A strong hand to play"
