Geldards advise Admiral Insurance in Cardiff’s largest pre-let office scheme

Geldards have advised Cardiff based car insurance specialist Admiral in relation to Cardiff’s largest pre let office scheme.

The proposed new premises will see Admiral combining their current offices, located across Cardiff, into a new 220,000 sq ft eleven storey headquarters on a half acre site in the centre of Cardiff to house up to 3,000 members of staff.

Admiral, together with property-development company Stoford, will now look to secure planning consent for the new headquarters with a view to Admiral taking occupancy in the first quarter of 2014.

Huw Llewellyn, Group Facilities Manager at Admiral said the new Cardiff headquarters would allow the company to sustain growth and provide an excellent environment for employees.

He added “moving to a new purpose-built building in Cardiff will be a major event for Admiral.”
